Beginning his career by supporting U.S. servicemembers and allied forces in Iraq and Afghanistan, Jim cultivated a deep appreciation for the operational demands of defense missions, transitioning that frontline experience into high-impact roles in the public healthcare sector, specializing in managed care operations, financial performance, and government contracting compliance.

His strategic insight, operational rigor, and financial acumen have enabled multiple organizations to successfully navigate complex regulatory environments and expand their market presence. Meet Dave

David Hardy has over 27 years of federal and military healthcare experience, specializing in enterprise informatics, infrastructure modernization, and pharmacy operations. As a Navy pharmacy officer, he managed clinical services at major hospitals and led numerous pharmacy renovations to enhance patient access and workflows. His expertise in capital project planning and performance optimization benefits operational teams facing modernization challenges.

Dave played a key role in designing the governance structure and deploying MHS GENESIS, the Department of Defense’s enterprise health record system, in Navy medical facilities. His experience equips teams to manage change effectively and align new system capabilities with business processes. He facilitated interagency programs like the CHDR dual-eligibility exchange and oversaw the deployment of EHRM for VA and DoD, focusing on interoperability and data integrity.

Meet Aimee

With more than 25 years of extensive experience in financial operations, compliance strategy, and regulatory audit support for government contractors, Aimee is a certified public accountant. Few people in the field can compare to her dual-lens perspective, which comes from her experience in both public accounting and private industry leadership. She oversaw financial and compliance audits in her public practice and collaborated with clients to develop and carry out remediation plans that met DCAA and DCMA requirements. She is an invaluable resource for businesses that require quick and accurate alignment with government requirements, thanks to her deep understanding of federal regulations, cost principles, and contract oversight.
Aimee has been the CFO for both defense and healthcare IT companies. In that role, she has led accounting departments through complicated reporting cycles, forecasting scenarios, and budget development that meets the standards for federal contracting.

She is very skilled at translating complex contract language into actionable financial plans that enable teams to set fair prices for bids, plan for long-term growth, and operate their businesses with complete compliance assurance. With a background spanning health IT, telecommunications, and government contracting, Liz is known for her mastery of process optimization and her ability to unite cross-functional teams around strategic goals. Throughout her career, Liz has served as the operational glue within fast-paced, high-stakes environments, particularly in federal contracting spaces like the VA and the T4NG IDIQ vehicle. She excels at implementing systems and workflows that streamline communication, reduce duplication of effort, and let teams operate at peak effectiveness under tight deadlines. Whether it’s mapping labor categories with precision to meet contractual requirements or managing onboarding aligned with VA’s performance work statements, Liz ensures compliance and accountability without sacrificing momentum. Ray Robb is a growth leader and healthcare strategist with more than 20 years of experience transforming the managed care, Medicaid, and Medicare systems. His background in operations integration, government procurement, corporate development, and strategic alliances positions him as a multifaceted force in healthcare innovation in the public sector. With Medicaid and Medicare serving as the cornerstones for more equitable, person-centered care, Ray's leadership focuses on creating systems that adapt to people's varied healthcare journeys. 

Ray led efforts at Sentara Health to expand health plan footprints in new markets by using statewide Medicaid procurements. He was in charge of the whole process, from bid strategy to proposal writing to structuring a joint venture to doing due diligence on an acquisition to putting the deal into action after it was won. Ray is one to constantly work hard and take on challenges with high levels of energy. His work not only helped the company make more money, but it also changed the way payers and providers worked together to improve care for people who didn't have enough of it. Ray's lens is very cross-functional; it combines financial, operational, and relational factors to help organizations move, do, and grow with purpose. 

Before working at Sentara, Ray worked at Deloitte, where he helped big healthcare companies with financial controls, business process improvement, and getting ready for audits. He has a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from The College of William and Mary. He is also a proud member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
